I have learned that I can communicate well with my peers. I was a person who used to move away from places while being scared of being judged. But this activities were so fun that I just wanted to express my whole heart over there, and with that I had more fun over there as I did not restrict myself

Like i mentioned in the first session, I didn't wanna be there but i eventually was enjoying it and wanted to go with the flow. There was a drastic change in the card I picked today. The rain and umbrella considering rain to be the issues, and umbrella the answer to all the questions asked during the session. I'll always remember to carry this umbrella with me. I didn't know i needed this session so much until I experienced it. The way I defined leadership was completely different from how i define it today and am really, really thankful for the entire session.

One of the concepts I found particularly valuable is the idea of movement to enhance learning. I quite agree with the emphasis that the body and mind function as a partnership, and that movement is crucial to every brain function, including memory, emotion, language, and learning. This concept helped me understand that incorporating physical activity into the group sessions can significantly boost cognitive processes.

For instance, engaging students in activities that require movement can enhance their ability to

retain information and process complex concepts.

In these two days, I got to know new people and all of us shared amazing memories. I had a lot of fun in trust fall. it made me believe that I can trust my peers. in the activity where one person talks and the other had to ignore them. that activity made me think that I should always listen to people. in the bucket activity I came to know that we all should hear all the ideas and work as a team and not individually. we should also not be in a hurry and utilize the time to the maximum. One interesting part was the silent game where you can't communicate with your teammates. This game made me realize that even without talking, as a team we can overcome anything.

Considering how I was introduced to the programme as a "conference", I wasn't looking forward to it. However, by the end, I couldn't have enough of it and wanted for it to keep on going. I have learnt more than I could ever imagine to in just 2-3 days. The knowledge I have gotten is going to stick with me, regardless of the position I get or even whether I get it. The views that have been shared with me have reshaped my perceptions . I have learnt core values that I am sure to apply in the future. I feel like a more informed and learned individual.

In the discussion following the activity of passing the ball, in which our teams decided to pass all three balls together, it struck me that for the ease of teachers the concepts (ball) were bundled together. but the receiver being a student in a classroom scenario might find it difficult, which led me to ponder every set of instruction i deliver in class. May be the student might not be able to comprehend multiple instructions at a time, i would try to be aware of this learning every time in class.

I really had a very supportive team when we were trekking. My teammates gave up on their goal to reach the summit and watch the sunrise to push me and help me move forward when I got tired. Somehow, it became about everyone reaching together and not just about seeing the sunrise. All these years later, I am in college where I am heading a few clubs and societies. It is now that I am living the importance (and challenges) of taking everyone along, keeping track of everyone's work and moving together. Of doing more than just our own work; of doing everything solo.
